Install stuck for 4 days now on same item

Demo install stuck since Thursday.  Tried changing state to "Queued" and gets stuck on same spot.  See attachment.  Demo env is tusimpledemo.service-now.com.

Hi @terisevick,

If your install has been stuck for 4 days then you should 'Create a case' with Now Support. There is a 'Create a case' button on their home page. I hope this helps you resolve any issues currently blocking your installation?
