Issue opening the attachments from the portal.

Hi,

There is an issue persuing when some users are trying to view the attachments on the HR cases from the portal. They are getting an error like "Requested attachment does not exist".

But upon checking the sys_attachment table in the backend, the attachment is fine and can be downloaded from the sys_attachment table.

Please let me know what could be the issue that some of the users are getting this error while downloading the attachments from the portal for the HR cases.

Hi @Subhadip Roy ,

Check if the URL mentioned to download the attachment is directing to correct instance or not.

Secondly, if possible update the attachment again in Attachment table as sometimes attachment becomes corrupted.

I checked that the URL mentioned to download the attachment is directing to correct instance.

Also, the attachment is not corrupted as I am able to download the attachment successfully.

Did you check whether that attachment is attached to that particular HR case  or HR task?

please check and if not attach it and try
