I've built out a new JA plan with tasks to be part of our existing lifecycle event. When I create a new lifecyle event the JA task and the stage the task is under are created with a state of Draft. Do I need to create a flow to have them in the Ready state upon creation/insert? Or is there a configuration I can make that will change this?
I am seeing the JA plan is in a draft state. I found that the business rule isn't triggering to change the plan to Ready because the Start On date isn't filled in. I'm unclear where this date gets set. Do you know what updates this field?
I'm seeing the Journey plan in a Ready state but the Journey accelerator action plan is in a Draft state. Is there a configuration I can set to automatically set a JA plan to Ready at creation? Or does this need to be done through a flow or business rule?
