Knowledge articles going through approval workflow at the time of republishing

I have knowledge article versioning (glide.knowman.versioning.enabled) enabled in my instance. The knowledge articles once checked out needs to go through the same approval workflow again at the time of republishing. How can I skip this approval step in case of publishing an article for the second time?

In the Knowledge Base record, you can select a workflow for publishing and for retiring knowledge articles within that knowledge base. Several workflows are available in the base system. They are documented here. If they do not suit your needs, you need to build your own workflow and then select it in the respective Knowledge Base record.
