Are there any impacts to portal if there were a name change to a Knowledge Base?

Hello,
No, I believe there will not be any impacts to the portal if you were to change the name of a knowledge base.
The information remains the same - you are just changing the Display Name of a base. I have done this before and to my current PDI, and nothing impacted the portal in a negative way. It just changes the name of the base, for what users will see.
This was the OOTB HR knowledge base, and I changed the name (title). It will reflect on the portal properly, with the base name and breadcrumbs accordingly:

Hi there,
Yes and no. In theory if all has been developed well, no, similar like Rob explained.
So why also yes? We can't tell what you did on your instance. Perhaps you created search sources and within that applied queries based on the knowledge base name. Same with custom scripting or widgets. (I have seen such at customers)
So in theory ideally like Rob is mentioning, no. Though in reality... test test test 🙂
