Lifecycle activity for team outside HR

One of the activity for onboarding lifecycle, is for a team outside HR need to answer a question (Yes or No).
What type of HR task should I do to accomplish this?
Where would the team go to assign the HR task and complete the HR task?

@valter479 That was the original design of the Collect Employee Input, but we see many customers using it for supervisor/managers as well as other people who interact in the process. This is why it presents challenges on identifying unique records when using this for users other than the Subject Person of the case.
IMHO, I feel that using the Employee Tasks for fulfillers impacts the employee experience. When we access the To Dos on the Portal, I expect to see HR Tasks for me as an employee, not necessarily my HR Tasks as a fulfiller. If your use case requires a HR Task to a fulfiller the Collect Employee Input is probably not the best solution.

@michaelj_sherid , is there another option? It is a HR task to a fulfiller (Group of people). Users will be using HR Agent Workspace and working from HR tasks as a queue. They will have to assign to HR task to themselves or someone else. Answers a question (Yes or No) and then close the task.
It is kind of disappointing I can't use task variable for HR task.
The "Collect employee input" doesn't render on HR workspace.
