Make the To field not mandatory for Activity Stream Compose in HR Agent Workspace

We noticed a change in our environment recently where the To field in the Activity Stream Compose modal in HR Agent Workspace is now marking the "To" field as mandatory when composing an email through Agent Workspace.

Is there any way to make the "To" field not mandatory when agents are composing emails from within the Agent Workspace?

Out of curiosity, why you need to remove this? I would think it is 100% needed and therefore should be mandatory.

I believe the reasoning behind the request is that some teams at our organization send emails using the Bcc field instead of the To field when composing emails in Agent Workspace. Currently, they are having to compose the emails outside of Agent Workspace since this change.

You can edit this by going to Email Client -> Email Client Configuration, select the record you need, and use the checkbox "To is optional".
