I am looking for reference or suggestions on how to leverage Employee Relations (sn_hr_er_case) and related functionality to manage interactions with Work Councils in EMEA.
I am thinking of using the Interview related table and functionality to track and manage the meetings with individual Work Councils. And, Involved Party - for example, like 'France Work Council,' 'German Union,' or 'European Works Council.' Looking to see if anyone has recommendations regarding setting up HR Profiles for the individual Work Council and using those to assign cases and/or Involved Party relationship.
