Hi Everyone,
Is there a table, report, or indicator that I could use to map the entry points for knowledge articles? We'd like to know if the users mainly access articles via direct links or through the search (we have the AI Search installed).

Maybe you can setup Funnels in User Experience Analytics to determine who is going from Trigger Event - Initiate Search to View Knowledge Article vs Session Started to View Knowledge Article

But that would only show general data for the entire platform, I wouldn't be able to drill down to see a particular article, would I?
