Missing indicator that an attachment is attach to a case - in new HR Agent Workspace

Hi there,
I hope someone can help us. We just upgraded our hr agent workspace to the new one (we were on the classic one). I notice that when a case is being submitted with an attachment linked to it, that the hr agent dont see the indicator with the paperclip that an attachment is attach to the case. Like below screenshot. Anyone knows how to activate this in the new HR agent workspace.

Hi @Alex87
You can try to have a look to the child screen Attachment default in the Record page of the HR Agent Workspace.
URL: https://<instance_name>/sys_ux_screen.do?sys_id=f952167c53a1301038e4ddeeff7b12e3
Then verify the Screen Condition field and the UX Screen Condition related list.
