Everything went as planned the problem is when I compared roles. Installed on the group table I found some roles are missing. Can someone explain to me why?

Here's is the installed groups

Hi @ELMAHDI ,

You can try to repair application . if all groups are not present after installing plugin .

Below are list of components that will get added once you installed application

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-employee-service-management/page/product/human-resources/r...

and after installing plugin clear cache and logout and login again and then check

I agree with @Voona Rohila as I would check the roles instead of the HR Groups.

You can find a list of all roles installed with the plugin here: Components installed with Case and Knowledge Management (servicenow.com)
