Moving from separate portals to employee center

Hello, I am looking to understand from other organisations how they have transitioned from separate employee portals (such as IT and HR) into one unified employee center. What challenges did you face and what successes have you seen? We are currently debating this move ourselves but really looking for insight from other ServiceNow customers!

Great thanks, and did the customers face any challenges? 
Assuming they had separate IT and HR functions and portals before, how did they manage this transition to a unified service?

Hi @Kateellen1 ,

 The most important Challenge is the acceptance and being adaptive of new feature was very difficult for all of them.

So, over here the communications are very important.

As, you would be able to do everything what you were doing for IT and HR , but with EC it's just the fact that you don't need to bother about going several portals it's just one would do.
