HI all,
I have requirement to create interactive filter where knowledge article numbers will display. i am new to this interactive filters .can anyone guide me on this .

@sonypaap Please check below points
1. Open dashboard
2. Click on plus icon, select interactive filters and select Reference
3. Select '#New Reference' from Reference list
4. Click on Add, notice that new reference type interactive filter is added on left side. Click on 'Click here to configure this reusable Widget.' link
5. A new interactive filter form will open
6. Fill the form, in Reference table select "kb_knowledge" and save the form
7. Go to related list and and interactive filter references. Here we need to add the table which is referencing the knowledge table and the field name. There must be a report of that table should be present on dashboard
8. Click new button
I have added "kb_department" table and Article field
Then save the form
9. If you come back to dashboard you can notice that the knowledge interactive filter is added
