Need to show email notes in the activities section of case

Need to show email notes in the activities section of case. 

I have a screen shot that shows "No such parent record" can anyone help?

Can you open the notification and check the table in notification?

Is it same as your target table? Is the table in that notification changed recently?

Is this happening for all records or just one record?

Only for records related to Employee Relations cases.

[Andre Jones]

Also the preview for the notification looks fine.
