New Hire Onboarding (Demo) auto generate account in table User[sys_user]

Hello everyone,

I'm learning about HRSD and have a question.

I see that after submitting Form "New Hire Onboarding (Demo)", it will automatically create a corresponding account in the User[sys_user] table. But I can't find where this processing comes from. Can anyone please tell me where to handle this?

When the "New Hire Onboarding (Demo)" Record Producers was submitted, the HR Profiles record and Users record have created. But in the HR Profiles, there are two fields "Personal email" and "Email". I wonder that "What is the difference between of them". Can you explain for me?

Personal Email comes from HR Profile and Email comes from User Tables respectively.

Most of the HR profile data comes from third party , example workday , so when an employee is candidate (before employment start day 1), the candidate uses his/her personal email address for the communication.

Than AD creates users along with email, which gets syncs with user record. there you get email.
