I am not able to switch to Human Resources: Core application scope in my PDI .
Any help would be appreciated .

Ok, so if you have impersonated to another user, have you ensured correct access roles for the user that you have impersonated to?

No, that user doesn't have any required roles .So is that the reason why i was not able to switch the application scope now?

Hi @Charutha R1 ,
Yep it is, if you stop impersonating and go back to the admin role, you should see the ServiceNow HR Core application scope available again.
