Not able to view HR cases

We got a requirement to add few members in a specific group. So that the group members should able to view all the hr cases and payroll. Can anyone let me know which roles should be given to that group? They already have "u_hr_task_user" role. But still they are not able to view all the hr case. They are able see only the hr cases which are created by them. Please, help..

I have given all the 3 roles to user but still the user not able to see the hr case basic info as well on portal is there anything i can check

Hi Sreedurga,

As mentioned by @John Zhang and @Sandeep Dutta, the sn_hr_core.case_writer role provides access to all HR Cases with the out of box/baseline functionality within HRSD.  However, if that did not resolve the issue, verify if you have any COE Security Configuration setup to restrict access per COE or HR Service by group and/or any custom ACL on the sn_hr_core_case tables and fields.

Hi I have checked there is no COE config rule written also hr manager have all the above roles but still the manager not able to se the case 

@Dimple1107 I agree with @Susan Britt  and the rest of the team that has chimed in. Given that the user has the sn_hr_core.case_writer role and you do not have any COE Security policies restricting, it appears to be a custom ACL (or some of the OOtB ACLs have been modified or the OOtB script includes that check for read access). I recommend looking from this angle.
