Hello,

How can we send notifications based on preferred language?

Would be nice if ServiceNow added this as a feature in a future release. Check box on Notifications 'Translate'. Then the notification goes out in the recipients language setting on their user record.

Try this if there is 1 recipient, e.g Assigned to, Caller etc
