Below i am trying to enable now Assist topics for virtual Agent.but i am not able to find in my instance.
Current version:- Watchington DC patch 4.
Above Screenshot is the product documentation.In the documentation i found now Assist topic.but in my instance i am not able to find that option.but other 2 options are visible.
Could anyone please help me how to see options and how to enable that?
