Dear Community,
I am trying to configure a PDF document template as described in this video:
I was able to configure the document template including the mapping but I cannot find any information or documentation on how to setup this template to be visible in a HR Task inside a lifecycle event.
The Video mention that this functionality should also work in lifecycle event but I don't seem to find a way to achieve this. Would anyone be able to share how to achieve this and the set of instructions needed?

@Lorenzo8 PDF Template field is also available on the HR Lifecycle events case type. On your case form, please check if the field is added to the form layout and no UI Policy or client script is setting its visibility to false.
In order to use multiple fillable PDFs in a lifecycle event case, in your Lifecycle event, you would need to create an activity of type HR Service.
Here is the HR Service Configuration of one such service being used on lifecycle event activity.
HR Template of this HR Service will populate PDF Template on the HR Case which will get generated out of this HR Service.
You can have many such activities in your lifecycle event.
Hope this helps.

Hi Sandeep,
Thank you for outlining these steps. I configured as you suggested but when a new lifecycle event is created, there are no tasks/activities assigned to anyone that include the fillable document. A new HR Case is created but I don't see any task in the LE

@Lorenzo8 HR Document are different from the Document Templates, which are the ones you viewed in the video link you posted. The HR Document Templates are the feature which you must create HR Tasks. The new Document Templates (also referred to as Advanced Forms) create Document Tasks which are separate from HR Tasks. This is why you will not find documentation related to showing a template in HR Tasks. As @Sandeep Rajput mentioned, if you require multiple docs to be signed, you will need multiple HR Service activities (one for each doc to be generated) in order to meet your use case.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as an accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
