Hi paradise624,
You can use the record producer to populate a form (table). The fillable PDF template would be mapped to this table and the data would be presented to the employee by way of an HR Task, based on those mappings.

I do not know your use case for approvals but you can work approvals into the Service Activities of the case. These Approvals & Tasks can be sequenced so you will not get the next task until you have the approval. You may want to explore this to see if this meets your requirements/use case.

Ok. but what about rollbacks? if something is not approved and we have to roll back to a previous task or two? We can't do this using a service activity correct?
Also there are conditions that need to be met to determine the process flow/workflow.
For example if Question 1 on the record producer is answered yes, we would use workflow 1, If Question 1 on the record producer is answered is no, it would use workflow 2. Depending on the way the question is answered it would take a particular route.

I'm not sure what your exact requirements are, but it may be worth checking out the Adobe plugin in the store -
Scott (@ Adobe) and team are awesome and may even be willing to customize to some extent. I was involved in the development of the app, and it's very slick. Give it a look... 🙂
