Priority setting default low on HR case irrespective of mapping and selection in ESC portal

Hei, 

We have mapped the required field in record producer with required field for the Priority but after creation of case by default setting up too low on HR case irrespective of mapping and selection in ESC portal.

 

Appreciate if some can help me some inputs.

is there any before insert BR which is updating the priority?

what debugging did you perform?

I did checked HR templates and BR's as well. Seems i dont see any issues with that.

@srinivasped Have you customized the script include hr_ServicesUtil?
