I am trying to access the 'to-do's' page on the Employee Service Centre' but I receive the following error: read operation on table 'sn_doc_task' from scope 'Human Resources: Service Portal' was denied. The application 'Human Resources: Service Portal' must declare a cross scope access privilege.
This error has only occurred since our instances have gone through the upgrade path from New York to Paris.
Appreciate if any assistance could be provided to show me where I need to go to fix this and what corrections I need to make.
Thanks
Darpan

Hi Darpan,
This is a cross scope related error. Please refer below link for more details on how to resolve this.
https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_blog&sys_id=44ad22a9dbd0dbc01dcaf3231f961921
At a high level refer to below steps.
- Open the Application Cross-Scope Access module by navigating to System Application> Application Cross-Scope Access
- Search for all records with a Status field value of Requested
- To grant access, an admin user must click the Open record icon to open the record for editing.
- Change the Status to Allowed then click the Update button.

THanks for your advise Pradeep.
Our admin has followed through with the instructions you provided and we currently have no records with a Status of 'requested' ...
all our records are showing status of 'allowed'.

Can you share the table application access setting screenshot for sn_doc_task?
