Read operation on table 'sn_doc_task' from scope 'Human Resources: Service Portal' was denied.

I am trying to access the 'to-do's' page on the Employee Service Centre' but I receive the following error: read operation on table 'sn_doc_task' from scope 'Human Resources: Service Portal' was denied. The application 'Human Resources: Service Portal' must declare a cross scope access privilege.

This error has only occurred since our instances have gone through the upgrade path from New York to Paris.

Appreciate if any assistance could be provided to show me where I need to go to fix this and what corrections I need to make.

For testing purposes can you set caller restriction setting to none and try? If that works then flip it back to restricted and create a cross scope record per steps mentioned here.
