receiving error when transferring hrsd case in hr agent workspace

In hr agent workspace,  when a hr case is transferred to hr payroll case or hr total reward case (various coe tables), i'm unable to access the transferred new case. i'm gettig error - security constraints prevent access to requested page.

 

fyi, if i create a new hr case , then i'm able to transfer to all coe tables and able to access the new transferred tickets.

The issue is with existing tickets - if i'm the member of payroll group, i can transfer hr payroll case to new hr payroll case, and access it, but unable to transfer to other tables.

 

can someone help me in fixing this.

Hi there - 

 

Have you checked ACLs/COE Security/Roles provided to use(s) not getting access once a case has been transferred?

If something like COE Security has been set up for certain groups and HR Tables (COEs), then that can give restraints when someone transfers a case from one table to another. Something that is very common within the HR Application. Maybe check to see too, if you are getting any restrictions from the Application Restricted Caller Access records.

 

It would be easier to help if you are able to check on anything security related (areas mentioned above) while getting your message. That way we can eliminate areas you already investigated on.

 

What you could try too, is maybe run a Security Debug while you are doing the case transfer that gives you that message. Something may pop up there too, that can help you locate what's going on.

 

Give some of those a checking on and see if anything comes up.
