Records not visible in list view now mobile

Hi all,

Records available in list view is in portal and it  is not shown in now mobile. That i am getting an error called "no items at this time" in now mobile.

can anyone help me.

Can you provide a little more detail - like what type of records are not showing, where are you viewing them from Now Mobile app?  (e.g., HR cases not appearing in "My Requests"; Services/catalog items not appearing under services when browsing the catalog)
