Roles required for read access to an HR Case

Hi everyone,
I wanted to know what all roles are required to have just the read access to an HR case.
the sn_hr_core.basic role given to an agent gives him write access as well.
Exactly what all roles are required to just read the HR case and not edit any of it's field.

@kartikey you can check the installed roles on the following Docs page: Components installed with Case and Knowledge Management (servicenow.com)
If the user can't see the HR Cases even though they have sn_hr_core.basic, you should check the following:
- Have any OOTB ACLs been modified?
- Check the "COE Security Configuration" if there is a Security Policy causing the visibility restriction
- Check for any Before Query Business Rules
