Hi All,
We have HR application running in our system. There are dedicate people who handle HR PA.
But they are having scoping issues as they cannot change their scope to Hr.core while creating indicators.
Hence my question is can end users change their scope or it can be changed only for admins?
Or admins has to change it per user ?
If not how can i make sure the person created the indicator in the Hr.core scope and not in Global scope.
Regards,
Shusovit

in order to create a PA indicator you need pa_power_user, or pa_admin role.
If an indicator is created by the user without admin role, they can still select the scoped application table (like sn_hr_core_case for example), but the indicator source and the indicator would reside in global scope.
But if you prefer to have the indicator and indicator source in scoped application which his Human resources: core then the admin or the delegated admin has to create the indicator / indicator source for the PA users and they can later use them in widgets and such.
Is there a reason why you are looking for having the indicator in application scope instead of global scope ?
Thanks
Anil

Thanks Anil for the insights, i am looking into it because we have a HR performance analytics scope defined and later when our IT performance analytics goes live want to segregate the indicators based on the scope.

Hey Anil, thanks for your reply, we want this because our indicator source is scooped and want to have the indicators to be scoped as well to prevent any discrepancies. Any suggestions on this?
