Standard is no longer available for new contracts.  If you already had it from before, Standard is only Case, Knowledge, Now Mobile, and Employee Center (not EC Pro) and other free platform capabilities (e.g., Agent Workspace).  It does not include Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Employee Relations, Predictive Intelligence, etc.

As @Susan Britt  mentioned, for the new customers, Standard is not avialble!!

May i know any specific reason you are looking at "Standard"?
