I am trying to publish this HTML template after adding a participant (just the opened for person) but it gives me this error and I can't find anything information about it. Please help. What does Signature token mean?

Hi there,

just in case someone runs across the same issue in the future. You probably have (as I did) forgotton to "place" the signature in the document.

To do so just put a variable like notation like Sign Particpant ${signature:Sign Particpant} where the piece behind the colon is the exact name of your participant record.

Hope this helps someone in the future.

cheers,

matt

HI @Lousanne Lundst You may want to submit a ServiceNow Support case. It looks like you are failing some parameters within one of the digital signature script includes. Support can help to identify the missing parameters.

Hello! It's been a while since I asked this question. Yes, I just forgot to add a participant for the signature. Thanks for your replies @Matt Heger and @michaelj_sherid 😊
