I have a requirement where if someone is raising case for lifecycle event new hir onboarding hr service....the case details should not be visible to the subject person on esc portal.
I have tried doing showcase to subject person false but it's no working. Could anyone please tell how this can be achieved or is this OOB that subject person can view lifecycle event cases?
