Subject person sees everything

Hello,
Our users have asked us to let Subject Person be able to see their cases even when subject_person is different from opened_for. Right now subject_person can only see their case in the portal if they are both the opened_for and the subject_person. This is out of the box functionality for Service Now.
I am wondering if anyone has been able to code around this and grant subject person access to their cases regardless of whether they are they opened for or not.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated!

Hi Rocio,
This is a configuration introduced in Kingston HRSD. This is configured on the HR Service. There is a checkbox for "Show Case to Subject Person". This seems to fit your requirement OOB in Kingston.

Hi Mike,
Thanks, i was able to find the field and add it to our HR Case form but i am having a bit of an issue. We built our own HR Case and we are not using COE's. I was able to dot walk bach to the HR Service table and add the field to our HR Case form. I as a Sys Admin can see and update the checkbox but when i impersonate a fulfiller they can only see the field and it is displayed as read only to them.
I have checked the dictionary for this field and it is not marked as read only. I have also checked the Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs and i dont see anything that blocks the field to fulfillers.
Do you happen to know how i can make this field available to fulfillers if i am not using COE's.
