Hi all,
After setting my servicenow integration app on microsft teams, the next step I want to take is to notify the teams users within a chatbot (not within the embedded employee centre) so that they can act in response to that notification.
The notification ideas I was thinking of involve: get assigned to a specific task/ a specific modification on specific tables or fields/ etc...
