The response template shows Please specify the Table Configuration while working in HR agent workspa

While working in the HR agent workspace, I'm finding an issue with the Employee relation table.

For cases related to the Employee relation table, the already configured response templates do not work
it shows 'Please specify the Table Configuration'

the responses are available in the classic view

 

please assist

@Gaurav Vaze I would check the Application Restricted Caller Access (aka RCA) records and see if any are NOT at the status of "Allowed" and look related to the Employee Relations scope. ER is in a different scope than the other COEs so this would give reason as to why the configuration seems good, but cannot see the Response Templates for ER. If you do not find any RCA records that are impacting this, I recommend submitting a support case to investigate why you are not able to see the Response Templates for ER cases.

Thanks for that , i will follow the same

HI has resolved the issue
there was no any configuration made
also the UI controller for this was missing

I will suggest to create HI ticket if someone come across same issue
