The response template shows Please specify the Table Configuration while working in HR agent workspa

While working in the HR agent workspace, I'm finding an issue with the Employee relation table.

For cases related to the Employee relation table, the already configured response templates do not work
it shows 'Please specify the Table Configuration'

@Gaurav Vaze I would check the Application Restricted Caller Access (aka RCA) records and see if any are NOT at the status of "Allowed" and look related to the Employee Relations scope. ER is in a different scope than the other COEs so this would give reason as to why the configuration seems good, but cannot see the Response Templates for ER. If you do not find any RCA records that are impacting this, I recommend submitting a support case to investigate why you are not able to see the Response Templates for ER cases.

@Gaurav Vaze Out of the box the response templates are available for the ER cases. There may be something specific to your instance as to why they are not working. Can you send an image of what your response template object has for the configuration in UI Builder for HR Case mgmt., as seen below?

I'm new to servicenow and dont exactly know what you are asking for
but there are the things I know for sure

for all rest COE's the response templates are getting fetched
and for Employee Relation , there are template created but those are not fetched

Hi @Gaurav Vaze if you open UI Builder for HR Case Mgmt then click the drop down and go to Record > Case SRP. As seen below

Then scroll down to the Response templates object as seen in the image below and look at the config tab to the right. This is where the table is specified using the data binding feature.
