Hello Folks,

 

I am unable to see the Activity Sets and Activity in the manage life cycle event, PFA the image as well.

 

In the community, I got this link and I have tried this there is no version updated in the script include.

Are you getting the same error as from the KB link you attached?  What release are you on?  What is the last updated date on the hr_ActivitySet script include?  Mine is Oct 9, 2022, updated by admin.

Hello Susan,

 

I have created a date field in the child table and I called in Activity, But while notification condition is not triggering properly, So I have deleted the field in the child table(Total Rewards table) and created the new date field in the parent table (case table).

 

IT WORKED FINE once I created the new field in the child table.
