I want to create a new tab called 'Related cases' in the table at the bottom of the case page which allows users to relate cases together but the relationship does not impact the State or notes / comments in the case. This request does not replace Child cases, it is additional to this. For example, if A is a parent case, then B,C&D cases must be visible under the 'Related cases' tab and vice versa.

A lot more to clear with the exact need. Like the 1st example, if B is a parent case, then A,C&D cases must be visible under the tab and if C is a parent case, then A,B&D cases must be visible under that and also if D is a parent case, then A,B&C cases should be visible under the 'Related cases' tab.

Hi @Community Alums ,
Can you clarify the relationship more briefly ? Based on what fields you want to have relationships ?

Hi @Community Alums
I have create related list tab such that all the case related to account is coming under the related list tab :
1. Create a relationship: system definition > relationship > create a relationship as below
2. On the Case form : configure > related list > bring the created relationship.
Any change on the case record doesn't affect the list.
