to create containers in cascading system in HR Agent workspace using UI Builder

hello community,

I am using my personal instance where I am working on Case Creation in Agent workspace using UI Builder.

 

Now on the space of Create new Case (step 2 of 2), I want to add two more column 'Topic Category' and 'Topic Details'. These two columns are completely dependent on the previous two Containers i.e. COE and HR Service (as cascading system i.e. what ever will be selected in COE and HR Service the options of Category and Details will vary). 

 

I have added a image for the reference (2nd image is what I want as solution, it is for reference only. It is not working as I want).

img3 and img4: UI builder for agent workspace. Column1 is COE and Column2 is HR Service. Column11 and          column12 are Topic Category and Topic Details.  

 


What I have tried:

   I copy pasted column2 (which forms column 11) and and change the events(changes has been shown in img4), but still not working.


I am not able to solve is because I am not very much familiar with UI builder.


I need your help to create this,

What is the business reason for this customization?  Topic Detail and Topic Category should default in based on the selected HR Service.  It's part of the HR Service hierarchy and should not change.
