subject persona unable to see hr payroll case in portal

the users on the subject person field and watchlist field and assigned to field were unable to see the hr payroll cases in the service portal/employee center.
But the assigned to person was able to see in backoffice.
How I can make subject person and watchlist person to see the hr payroll case in portal.

Hi @Ak8977 - If you are using baseline functionality (no customizations to security),
- The Subject Person's visibility to the case is dependent upon the HR Service. There is a checkbox on the HR Service that determines if the subject person can see the case or not.
- Opened For will have access to view in EC
- Watch List does not have access to the HR Case. They are intended to get the notifications upon comments/updates to the case only.

I would like to allow users in the watchlist to see the HR case. Could you help me to achieve this functionality.
