To populate same 'Requested for' on 'Request for' of second checkout confirmation box

Hello Team,

Currently, the user selected in the variable 'Requested for' is NOT the same as in 'Request for' of the 'Request/Order Confirmation' checkout box. I need the same 'Requested for' as in 'Request for' on the second checkout box.

For this, I cloned the widget the 'Catalog Checkout' and tried some ways in Server Script but no luck because I am not that good in widget script.

Requesting help to get this acheived.
