Hi,

To show HR Service for Lifecycle Event in portal we need to create record producer.

1. When we create record producer to show that HR service in portal for lifecycle event what should we select table name for that.

Is it something specific to requirement and we will get that from client.

2. When we create Lifecycle Event and select lifecycle event type as HR Service then I know we can create HR case with HR service but when we select lifecycle event type as Onboarding then how we can test that.

As per my understanding in all scenario we can create HR case with using HR service in backend and HR catalog item in portal.

Can anyone please confirm for above point.

Hi @niveditakumari,
1. When you created HR service to use in lifecycle event then is it mandatory to create that Topic category in COE(sn_hr_le_case) or we can create Topic category in any COE?

-> Topic Details & Topic Category are mandatory step for creation of any HR Service in any COE.

When we add record producer then in that record producer table should be 'sn_hr_le_case' or it can be any table

2.When we add record producer then in that record producer table should be 'sn_hr_le_case' or it can be any table.
-> It can be any table based on your COE define in HR Service.

3. We are having lifecycle event type as HR service, Onboarding other as well, For each type how we can test that lifecycle event.

-> After case creation  through portal it will follow the Life cycle Event type, i mean you can open life cycle event type record and understand how the steps are designed in backend, according to that after case creation it will follow the steps and you can Test accordingly.

As per below screenshot after case creation it will follow the steps and can test accordingly, it will follow the activity sets, first execute the steps designed in 1st activity set then move to next accordingly.

Based on the requirement Lifecycle case created through integration as well for specific requirement . However we can create from portal through record producer absolutely.

Hi @abirakundu23

I have question regarding your above screenshot :

1. When you created HR service to use in lifecycle event then is it mandatory to create that Topic category in COE(sn_hr_le_case) or we can create Topic category in any COE?

2. When we add record producer then in that record producer table should be 'sn_hr_le_case' or it can be any table.

3. We are having lifecycle event type as HR service, Onboarding other as well, For each type how we can test that lifecycle event.

Do we need to create HR case through HR service in backend and through catalog item in portal to test that.

Can you please confirm for above point.
