Token Generation using Client Script and opening a pop up in a new window

Hello All,

I am trying to generate a token via ONLOAD client script on HR Case form but I am facing issue while opening the pop up in a new window I have used "top.window.open" it is working in the catalog client script but it is not working in the Client Script.
