Hello,

I am from a Recruiting background with Recruiting ERP (Workday) implementation experiance as functional consultnt.

I would like to become an implementation expert by getting trained and certified in Servicenow HRSD module.

May i request  how to request the training and get certified please?

Refer below document and complete all the required trainings on Now learning and purchase voucher and take exam.

Download the CIS-HR blueprint, you can see what are the prerequisites for becoming an HRSD Implementer.

Click on this Link, if Link doesn't work search for the CIS-HR blueprint.

Servicenow has Now learning portal : https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp

First you need to complete the basic for ServiceNow so I would suggest to go through 

Welcome to Servicenow course : https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=learning_course_prev&course...

and 

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals : https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=learning_course_p...

After the basic understanding you can go with Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementer.

Once you complete the Servicenow fundamental administration you will get CSA certification voucher.  

Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementer has  all required training and exams to become a ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.

Hi @ramanishankar09 ,

For the CSA course you need to pay like $300 for CSA (Please recheck it). Further you can check it in now learning portal.

Once you receive the Voucher you can redeem it, no extra cost will be for certification.

Whole ServiceNow is very good and i can see lots of job for each level.
