Hello,

I am from a Recruiting background with Recruiting ERP (Workday) implementation experiance as functional consultnt.

I would like to become an implementation expert by getting trained and certified in Servicenow HRSD module.

May i request  how to request the training and get certified please?

Download the CIS-HR blueprint, you can see what are the prerequisites for becoming an HRSD Implementer.

Servicenow has Now learning portal : https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp

First you need to complete the basic for ServiceNow so I would suggest to go through 

Welcome to Servicenow course : https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=learning_course_prev&course...

and 

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals : https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=learning_course_p...

After the basic understanding you can go with Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementer.

Once you complete the Servicenow fundamental administration you will get CSA certification voucher.  

Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementer has  all required training and exams to become a ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.

You should go to nowlearning.com and sign of for the mandatory training for HRSD implementation specialist.

ServiceNow has created an easy to read overview for what you need to learn, how you can learn where post you can take the certification.

May i know how much cost for the certification, and will the voucher take care of it? secondaly how is the job market for HRSD functional consultant / implementers.
