Transfer case COE is not displaying in pop up form.

In Kingston, I was testing the "Transfer Case" to show to our HR team. By looking at the docs, you should be able to select the COE and transfer the case but I'm not able to get the COE to show up. I was expecting a reference field on that popup, but it seems like it's a string field and then even typing in a COE nothing ever appears.

Are you sure that "Transfer case" UI action is not customized on your instance?

If yes, please revert "Transfer case" to OOB version and then let us know with result.

Also, please make that UI Page "Transfer Case" is reverted to OOB version.

Hi Sachin, both are OOB from what I can tell. I've compared them to my Kingston PDI and everything matches.
