UI Action -Show results and task information in survey related link

While creating survey , we have the related link "show results and task information" .It is created to see the responses of survey questions . Here i wanted to put a filter to only see the information of my survey definition . I am attaching screenshot of UI action . In the UI action code below , can anyone help me to set up a correct query .
