UI Action - Transfer HR Case to Incident not working in new HR agent workspace

we upgraded  our instance to Yokohama release upgrade and upgraded to the new HR Agent Workspace. Transfer HR Case Incident UI is no longer working.  We do have a custom UI action and ServiceNow Support is not willing to help with this. Has anyone else experienced this issue after a upgrading?

Hi @Tina Dillon ,
is my understanding correct like you have custom UI action Transfer HR case to incident in new HR Agent workspace ? In that case you have to check the custom script that have developed.
