I have created on UI action named 'Packing slip' on csm workspace which when button clicked open up window with generated pdf using the templated specified on form field, i have attached images, it works on native ui form when clicked window pops up with the case data with specified template, but it doesnt work on "CSM/FSM configurable workspace' i have checked the workspace form button, still doesnt work, can anyone help what code i need to add to
Workspace Client Script?
i have attached image of scrips section of ui action which opens the window on the form - what should i add to workspace client script section so the same dialog window will open in workspace as well.
