Hi All,
We have 2 custom fields in HRIT Operation table IM and IM ticket number which should be exclusively available for 2 HR services. I have written 2 UI policies
1. IM ticket should be visible and mandatory when the HR services are selected.
2. IM Ticket number should be visible and mandatory when IM ticket is True.
Both policies are working fine in Default view , but when i view the same case in Workspace, when IM ticket is TRUE IM ticket number is not showing up. If i use Workspace view instead of Global, IM ticket number is visible when IM ticket is false and tried using Run script as well. Either both the fields are visible or IM ticket number doesn't show up at all. Am i missing anything?

Can you check if Global is checked on both UI Policies? meaning valid for all views.

What application scope did you build this in? maybe it's a cross-scope issue?

We are also having an issue with UI Policies not working in HR Agent Workspace. We have also selected Global so that is not the issue. We just implemented HR agent workspace so our UI Policies are created on the HR Core application. Is anyone else having this issue or solved the issue? Thanks!
