Virtual Agent -HRSD Topics Not Visible in Virtual Agent via Employee Center Portal

Hi All,

I am currently testing the "Get Time Off Balance" and "Request Time Off" Virtual Agent topics, which are part of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. Although I have published these topics and marked them as discoverable, they are not appearing in the Virtual Agent interface accessed via the Employee Center portal.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that none of the HR-related topics are visible in the Virtual Agent, not just the ones mentioned above.

Could you please advise if there are any specific configurations, permissions, or prerequisites required to ensure these topics are visible and accessible from the Employee Center?
